Explore the Maldives on our yacht as we take you on a journey from North Male’ Atoll to Ari Atoll. Depart from the bustling capital of Male’ and journey through the crystal clear waters of the Maldives. As you sail, take in the breathtaking views of the endless horizon and the diverse marine life that call these waters home.

Day 1 – Arrival

Our crew will meet and greet at Malé International Airport and transport to the safari yacht via our dive Dhoni. Guests will be welcomed with a refreshing cold towel and welcome drinks. A briefing will be offered by out cruise director and Dive master. Guests will be able to take a check dive on the arrival day and return back before Dinner. Dinner will be served in the evening, and the first night will be spent at Hulhumalé marina or we will start the journey to the first real dive point.

Day 2 – Male Atoll to Vaavu

The first dive of the trip takes place at the ‘Maagiri’ or ‘Embudhoo Express’ dive site, which serves as a warm-up for the upcoming amazing dives our guests will be able to experience. The dive sites listed below are home to a plethora of reef fishes, sharks, and the occasional sighting of rays.

  • Dive 1 – Embudhoo Express / Maagiri
  • Dive 2 – Kandooma/Guraidhoo
  • Dive 3 – Alimatha Night Dive

The last dive of the day will be in ‘Alimatha,’ where the boat will anchor for the night before setting sail for the next diving stop.

Day 3 – Vaavu Atoll to Ari Atoll

Moving west to the South Ari Atoll, you will be able to dive on beautiful pinnacles and see larger marine life. Dive into Mother Nature’s aquarium and you’ll have the opportunity to meet the trip’s stars.
Ari Atoll is a must see destination with stunning dive sites that will add to your beautiful Maldivian diving story. Where rays and sharks can be found regardless of current direction. This is a favourite of many underwater photographers, promising breathtaking images of the underwater scenery, from large to small coral creatures.

  • Dive 1 – Miyaru Kandu/Dhevana Kandu
  • Dive 2 – Vilamendhoo
  • Dive 3 – 5 Rocks

The last dive of the day will be in ‘5 Rocks’, and the boat will anchor near ‘Dhangethi or Dhigurah’ for the night or if the weather is good night cruising will start to south Ari. art the journey to the first real dive point.

Day 4 – South Ari Atoll

In the marine protected area, our first stars, the mighty whale sharks, regularly show up. Our crew will search for their presence and give you a chance to snorkel or even scuba dive with them. Lucky or not, there are also many thilas and some wrecks in South Ari Atoll. The main attraction of the day is looking for the presence of a whale shark. We will give you the opportunity to snorkel or even Scuba with the Whale Shark once we have located it.

  • Dive 1 – Kuda rah thila
  • Dive 2 – Maamigili beyru (whale Shark)
  • Dive 3 – Whale Shark Dive (Dive site may change)

The the boat will anchor near ‘Maamigili’ for the night or move to next spot depending on weather.

Day 5 – South Ari to Central Atoll

Moving up to North Ari Atoll while taking a last chance to get a close look at whale sharks. In the north, channels are wider and the ocean is deeper. We will meet some more stars here. The currents attract many grey reef sharks, white tip reef sharks and even other large pelagic fish.Panathone is a well-known manta site with depths ranging from 12 to 16 meters and a high likelihood of seeing mantas feed outside the atoll during outgoing current.You’ll see “Shark City” and dozens of big grey reef sharks mesmerising your every thought during incoming currents on the atoll’s ridge. When night falls, you will be invited to go ashore again and indulge yourself in a barbecue dinner prepared by our crew on a nearby desert island. Dive

Day 6 – Central Ari Atoll to North Ari Atoll

Discover numerous Manta Cleaning Stations, a spectacular peak teeming with marine life. Eagle rays, hawksbill turtles, Napoleon wrasse, a school of blue-stripe snapper, batfish, and fusiliers can also be found here.The day will come to an end with a manta night dive.Admire the massive manta rays feeding directly in front of your torch.

The boat will anchor near the ‘Fesdu’ for the night.

Day 7 – Ari Atoll to Kaafu Atoll

Following one final dive in North Ari Atoll, the cruise will return to North Malé Atoll. Bathala Maagau is home to a large school of grey reef sharks, as well as large schools of snappers, jack fishers, fusiliers, barracudas, and dog tooth tunas. Long reefs, small caves, colorful corals, and abundant pelagic and reef life can be found here. Fish head is an excellent location for viewing schools of fish and other marine life. If time allows, the final dive at Fish Tank will provide incredible movements of fish life, particularly guitar sharks and rays – Eels are the stars of the show.

The boat will anchor near ‘Kurumba’ for the night.

Day 8 – Departure

Our incredible crew will assist you in cleaning and washing your dive equipment, as well as packing if necessary. The Team guarantees to assist you throughout your trip until you arrive back. Once you’ve finished your breakfast, our crew will arrange your transfer to the airport in accordance with your flight schedule. If you have a late flight, we will gladly assist you in planning your day. There are numerous options available, including Male excursions and lodging reservations. It’s time to return home with wonderful new memories!

Discover the Maldives’ famous “Hanifaru Bay,” a UNESCO biosphere reserve known for its incredible abundance of manta rays and whale sharks. Take a dip in the inviting waters and experience the thrill of swimming alongside these gentle giants.

 

Day 1 – Arrival

Our crew will meet and greet at Malé International Airport and transport to the safari yacht via our dive Dhoni. Guests will be welcomed with a refreshing cold towel and welcome drinks. Day 2 – Baa Atoll Angafaru

The first dive of the trip takes place at the Angafaru dive site, which serves as a warm-up for the upcoming amazing dives our guests will be able to experience.next would be 2 more dives at one of the best 2 dive site in the area.

The dive sites listed below are home to a plethora of reef fishes, sharks, and the occasional sighting of rays.

Day 3 – Baa Atoll / Hanifaru Bay Area

Hanifaru Bay is now one of the ‘core zones’ of the larger Baa Atoll Biosphere Reserve, and to visit, you must go to the Hanifaru Visitor Centre on Eydhafushi Island and purchase tokens for $20. Each token entitles you to 45 minutes in the water with manta rays, whale sharks, and a certified snorkel guide, with all proceeds benefiting the Baa Atoll Conservation Fund. (Daravandhoo thila)consider this as the best dive site in Baa Atoll, located a few meters from the Island of Dharavandhoo, a must-do if you are in this region. It has an amazing reef topography, overhangs, coral blocks, and sandy patches.

Snorkel at Hanifau bay

Day 4 – Baa Atoll / Goidhoo dive and Cross to Rasdhoo

Diving in Dhonfan Thila is Amazing fish life, often you encounter Eagle rays, Napoleons, Grey reef Sharks, and Manta rays during the manta season.Goidhoo dive site is on the western side of Goidhoo Atoll is known as Naamuli Faru, which translates to “shipwreck reef.”

At the western tip of the atoll, there is a broad reef flat with the flattened remains of an old steel ship five meters above the surface. Like most wrecks provides excellent protection for fish and attracts a large number of wrasse, surgeon, fusilier, and emperor fish.

Day 5 – Rasdhoo and North Ari Atoll

The first stop will be Canyon which is largely known for hammer heads and other varieties of fish. This is locally acclaimed as one of the favorite dive sites in the atoll for the most recognizable shark species, Hammerheads.The largest atoll in the Maldives is made of vibrant reefs and untouched lagoons. Stingrays, turtles and a variety of sharks including black tip reef sharks, white tip reef sharks, and nurse sharks are frequent visitors here. Occasionally you will also find hammerhead sharks and tiger sharks hunting.

Day 6 – North Male Atoll

Guraidhoo Corner, located south of Guraidhoo Island, is one of the channel’s most interesting features.

During incoming currents, it is home to many pelagic species and features several ‘washing machines’ downstream in the current. .

Day 7 – Male’ atoll bach to hulhumale

The south side of Medhu Faru has many impressive features making it one of the most scenic drift dives. With an ingoing current. with amazing marine life visible here. after the dive an option to do the last dive in to kandooma thila before heading to hulhumale.Kandooma Thila is one of the most beautiful dive sites in South Male Atoll. Located between 12 and 40 meters deep, the site consists of a magnificent teardrop-shaped pinnacle at the bottom of a channel. Beware of the currents!

Day 8 – Departure

Following breakfast, our boat crew will assist in cleaning diving equipment and packing if necessary.The guests will then be dropped off at Velaana International Airport, our airport staff will greet you and help you find your way to your international flight.

Sail to the Deep South

 

 

 

The deep south atolls are known for their remote location and excellent diving opportunities. Here, you can expect to see a diverse array of marine life, including colorful reef fish, turtles, sharks, and even manta rays and whale sharks. The coral reefs in this area are also incredibly healthy and diverse, with a wide range of hard and soft corals.
In addition to the rich marine life, the deep south atolls offer a variety of dive sites for divers of all levels. From shallow coral gardens to deep channels and wrecks such as British Loyalty, there is something for everyone.

Day 1 – Arrival

At Velana International Airport, you will be greeted by our Airport staff. Information about your domestic flight to Kooddoo / Kaadehdhoo will be provided, and our staff will assist you in checking in.Our cruise director and dive guide will meet you at the Huvadhoo Atoll airport and accompany you to the boat.After settling in, our boat crew will provide a thorough trip itinerary, as well as dive information.A check dive will follow. When you’re in Anchorage, you can do as much or as little as you like.Snorkeling and swimming, fishing, and simply relaxing are all options.

Day 2 – Kooddoo & Whale Shark Point

On the first day of the trip, you get to see and do everything that the Maldives has to offer. Mantas, Sharks, Whale Sharks, Schools of Barracudas, Eagle Rays, Schools of Jacks, and turtles on the sandy bottom can all be seen on various channel dives.

Day 3 – Kurehdhoo, Nilandhoo Kandu And Dhandhoo Kandu

Day 3 is unquestionably the best day for experiencing and savoring the full effect of the region’s best channel dives. Expert Divers should only attempt these dives. These places are well-known for their stunning pelagic aquatic scenery.

After the dive the boat will start to cruise to the next dive site.

 

Day 4 – Maareha & Kondey

With the first ray of light, we reach Maareha Kandu, Kondey Kandu, and Kondey Coral Gardens, all of which are dive sites with a plethora of marine life to discover. With dozens of grey reef sharks, eagle rays, and numerous fish species, it provides excellent diving conditions.

Day 5 – Gemanafushi

Day 6 – Close To Equator Line & Fuvahmulah

Fuvahmulah is one of the main highlights of a trip to the Deep South.Seasonal changes have no effect on the diving quality. Because each dive is unique and a challenging experience.The Thresher Shark is the real treasure to be found in this area.Other shark species that live in the area include Reef Sharks, Tiger Sharks, Hammerheads, and Silver Tips.And if you’re lucky, you might see the world’s heaviest bony fish, MOLA MOLAS. The list goes on and on.

Day 7 – Addu

Diving in Addu Atoll is superb, with stunning visibility and average depths of 30-35 meters. And it’s very diverse too. If you love pelagics, you’ll enjoy the year-round diving with sharks, turtles, and mantas. Both less-advanced and advanced divers will find something for them in Addu Atoll, with weaker currents than in some of the other atolls and dive sites specifically rated for beginner divers, such as Gan Inside, a shallow dive that brings you into close contact with stingrays.First dive of the day starts at Maakandu, home to stunning coral formations of soft corals and its extravagant marine life. Following, the second dive for the day will be on a British Loyalty wreck site.

Day 8 – Departure

Following breakfast, our boat crew will assist in cleaning diving equipment and packing if necessary.The guests will then be dropped off and directed to the domestic flight. Our team will be there to help you every step of the way until you arrive in the Maldives and return back home. It’s time to return home with wonderful new memories!
